Gaynor started working in the real estate industry in a busy office in Midland in 1974, learning the ropes in property conveyancing and trust accounting.

After several years travelling, living and working overseas and raising a family, Gaynor returned to the workforce in 1995 managing a significant private Commercial & Industrial portfolio.  In 2002 Gaynor returned to what she loves best, residential sales administration, overseeing all aspects of marketing and contract administration for a large sales team. 

You can be sure the team at Art of Real Estate have great technical support.  Gaynor has been a registered real estate salesperson, she keeps up to date with current regulations and requirements by attending industry seminars and has been recognised and awarded as Top Administrator within the AUSNET Group and REIWA’s Top Corporate Support Person.  

Gaynor enjoys keeping up with old friends, travelling, camping, scuba diving and boating in general.
